 We Ship Worldwide FOR FREE (except for our free products).

How Do I Know My Order Has Been Treated?

As soon as the order is processed, you will receive an email informing you of the shipment details.

How Do I Know When My Products Are Shipped?

You will automatically receive a confirmation email from DayCastle.info@gmail.com as soon as your products are shipped.

 How Long Does It Take For My Products To Arrive?

As we've explained in the Delivery Page, our shipping can vary from 1 to 5 weeks. We ask you to be patient, you'll love the products once they arrive.

There Are Items Missing To My Order, Where Are They?

The Items are prepared and delivered by their respective suppliers. They are delivered separately by each of our partners. Please do not worry, they're on their way to you!

One Of The Items Delivered Is In Poor Condition Or Isn't Matching The Description. What Can I Do?

No worries! Contact us within 24 hours after receiving your package by attaching a photo of the damaged product. We will contact the Supplier to make sure to send you another one. You can also choose a Refund. For more details, see the Delivery and Returns, and the Refund Policy pages.

What Are My Options If The Product Does Not Satisfy Me? :(

We want all of our customers to be satisfied. Our 'Money Back Refund Policy' allows you to return any product that doesn't satisfy you within 14 days. You can then choose to replace it with a product (or products) of equal value or to be refunded.
